Confident booking crew, negotiating rates, and organising equipment and kit hire.
Complex travel logistics, including internationally (Spain, France) for multiple high end productions - including flights, trains, hotels, visas, transfers, VIP airport services, and detailed itineraries, as well as travelling with production teams to liaise with local service crews abroad.
Comfortable overseeing all stages of pre-production: fittings, rehearsals, cook-ups, pre-lights, and builds.
Proficient in budget management, invoice tracking, and receipt reconciliation. Experienced in wrapping projects smoothly and efficiently. Artist liaison and VIP chaperoning: have worked closely with high-profile clients, celebrities, and their teams, often taking the lead on pulling together the right team and personally support VIPs.
Talent coordination: managing castings, fittings, travel, accommodation, and child licensing.
Experience working with children, animals and stunt performers
Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Mac systems.
Full UK driver’s licence and Car owner
