About Us

Chapters was established in 2009 by Sarah Crowe, whose journey in the industry began by representing crew in the Production, Camera & Sound departments. Chapters Agency & Diary Service has solidified its position in the industry by curating an exceptional roster of freelance production talent for Commercials, Film, Drama and Documentaries, both in London and regionally across the UK.

We take pride in upholding a strong company ethos, supported by our incredible team who represent a select roster of talent. This approach allows us to prioritise the individual, whether they are embarking on their careers, navigating transitions, or advancing professionally.

At Chapters, we offer a fresh and forward-thinking approach to representation and collaboration with productions. We have a reputation for providing a personal, tailored service that extends across the grades and regions.
