As a Belfast based focus puller Michael has worked on a multitude of productions including feature films, HETV series and commercials. Having risen through the ranks of the camera department Michael has cemented his place as a focus puller in the department, working on productions across the UK and Ireland as well as Europe and the Middle East. Comfortable with leading the camera team just as much as working alongside another focus puller on a multicam shoot Michael is flexible to the ever changing conditions of productions, while always working in an efficient way to ensure every frame is the best that it can be.

Michael works closely with his DOP, production team, rental houses and camera team to certify the smooth running of the department, ensuring that all the moving components of a successful shoot are working as they should. Priding himself on not only the efficiency of the team but strives to ensure his focus pulling work is as good on the last day of production as it was on the first day.
